the beef looks so good in other customer reviews here in Weee!the taste was decent but unfortunately for me, it had too many gristly parts that could not be eaten. at first, I thought those parts would soften after heating up (such as in broth). but they remained vary hard. I cut the rest of the beef into to slices and store them in a container, ready to use. I’ll remove the darkest inedible parts before heating up and serving.maybe I got a piece that wasn’t as nice as the others had in their photos posted. I won’t want to try buying again for fear of getting another dud. I would guess about an eighth of this piece of beef could not be eaten due to those harder parts.
