It tastes okay. I expected the consistency to be thicker and creamer. One good thing is that it is not too sweet.

Quick to make, fill water in an 8oz cup

Okay, I know the picture looks really appetizing but the taste isn't that bad! It tastes like roasted peanut butter and it's a good quick meal for breakfast. If you want to eat it like a meal use a little water so it's thicker. If you want to drink it, then use a lot of water. This is quite expensive, but it's really good for your health, especially your hair, so I would recommend trying it. The reason why I removed a star is because Weee put the nutrition label in the worst place possible, I can't read the directions on the bag. My recommendation is to use 185°F on the powder and let it sit for three minutes.

Tastes great if you like sesame , great alternative to caffeine

This drink is not that sweet but tastes good.
