Chaimi Shanghai Stir-Fried Rice Cakes with Shrimp 300 g

As part Shanghainese, I was brought up eating this dish so when I came across it on the website, I decided to give it a shot. I have to say, I am glad I did, it’s delicious, flavourful, and quite close to what it’d taste like prepared it from scratch. It took only 5 minutes in the microwave and it was ready to eat. Only slight complaint is the discrepancy between the size of shrimp shown on the container and the actual shrimp, which are tiny.

Don't let the picture fool you, there's only 3 small tiny shrimps in the package.
