Umami yakisoba, or Japanese stir-fried noodles, brings warm, comforting flavors to your day with a sweet sauce made from powdered bonito and mackerel.
Instructions:
1. Boil 220ml of water in a pan.
2. Add the noodles and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
3. When there’s just a little water left, add the powdered sauce. Mix well and stir on heat to finish.
