Jeollanam-do Korean Raw Fish Cold Soup Mix (Seafood & Vegetable) 300 g

I have had this brand a couple times. It arrived still completely frozen. I usually add cooked somen, salmon sashimi, cucumbers and sprouts and eat it while half thawed (bot fully thawed). Perfect for cold summer noodles

considering we don't have this in our town I was super excited to purchase it. Its pretty good for prepackaged but not what I'm use too. We mixed in somen noodles and made it better.

The taste is pretty good-spicy and sweet, but not too sweet. At first, I couldn't see the fish, but realized it's the shredded strips. There is a lot of filler though, such as the cabbage, onion, and carrots. I added some young radish kimchi, which helped cut some of the sweetness for me. Overall, I enjoyed it and may repurchase in the future if it goes on sale again.

These came perfectly packaged and it is so yummy, it is a little spicy with a bit of sweetness. It is more for one serving but I added tofu, cabbage, octopus, and some chicken brother to make it even tastier. Will def purchase again!
