I think it will last a long time

I use it well for stews and stews, but more than anything, I use it a lot when I make seasoning and remove the dirt! It is possible to eat the skin without the smell if you put it once when boiling the skin and once when you put it in the sauce and stir-fry!!

Great to use with cooking meats - I used it to make a nice bok choy and chicken thigh stir fry :)

Mirin tastes more savory than cooking wine

This is really good for stocking up with and the price is cheaper than others (23¢/oz or 8¢/10ml). I really like this brand and will buy it again when I run out of mirin. It's plastic and is almost a liter!
