It's Hong Kong style rice noodles which comes with 8 individual package in a bag including the 7 seasoning packs and 1 noodle pack.
Ingredients:
Rice noodle packet: Rice>55%, Corn starch,Wheat starch,Water
Sauce packet: Palm oil, Soybean paste, Yeast extract, White sugar, Garlic,Salt,Ginger, Monosodium glutamate, Spices, Disodium 5' -ri-bonucleotide,Potassium sorbate.
Bean sprouts packet: Soybean sprouts, Salt, Soybean oil, Sodium glutamate, Lactic acid, Citric acid, Potassium Sorbate, Disodium EDTA
Sweet vinegar packet: Vinegar,White sugar, Salt.
Soup packet: Drinking water, Palm oil, Soy sauce,Yeast extract, Salt, Monosodium glutamate, White sugar, Green onion, Garlic, Spices,Potassium sorbate.
Dried beancurd stick packet: Soybean, Soybean oil, Drinking water.
Chili powder packet: Chili,Salt.
Vegetable packet: Dehydrated green onion, Dehydrated coria
Storage method:
Keep in a cool and dry place, avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
Cooking Suggestion:
1. Cook rice noodles: Add appropriate amount of cold water to the pot, add rice noodles to the pot with cold water, bring the water to a boil and turn down the heat and cook for 10 minutes, cook until soft and firm as you like, then fish out and serve in a bowl, drain and set aside.
2. boil the fat sauce: Take another 400ml of hot water, add seasoned bone broth packet, fried sauce packet, dry pepper powder packet and seasoned sweet vinegar packet, boil until boiling and boil the "fat sauce", then turn off the heat.
