Worst tasting kimchi ever! They did not salt properly. It’s very soggy, not crunchy, not authentic. I’m Korean and this is an abomination of kimchi.

Smaller, taller jar than before. Labeling still says 14oz, but feels less than before.

This kimchee is very good being from a jar. I enjoyed it while it lasted. I paired it with ramen, Korean bbq and a quick snack. Once you start you can’t stop. Reminds me of my grandmas pickled veggies. Definitely going to reorder.

My 2nd time ordering it. First time was great, very nice kimchi flavor. Today opened the second jar, and it tasted funky, like not fresh. I know kimchi has a fermented acidity, but this was not it. Hope it's only a one time thing, but I will try to get a refund for this jar (never done that on Wee so wish me luck). First time I ordered this a couple weeks ago the expiration was Dec. 31, 2021. Towards the last quarter of that jar, it started to taste weird. This one has Feb. 28 2022 expiration, but tastes weird (same as the end of the first jar). Good kimchi otherwise.
