Tips for storage:

1. All air fruits: If you think you can finish the 1.5lb in 2-3 days, we would recommend removing the over-ripened leaves away and put them in an all air zone (air flowing). In the meanwhile, the earlier you eat them, the juicier fruit you will experience.

2. For longer preservation: soak it into salted water and then store it in an all air zone (air flowing) after it dries out.
