First time buying this succulent pork chop. It may be a matter of practice, I think this pork chop is not as good as another brand. The meat near the bone is fine, and the meat far from the bone tastes good. But the pork chop papaya soup that came out of the pot is not bad!

A pack of 2 pieces, which is much thicker than ordinary small ribs, and it is enjoyable to eat more meat, recommended.

Raw meat juice leaked out of package because vacuum seal was broken when delivered/received. Poor packaging!
