SauTao Egg Noodle 454 g

I’ve repurchased this twice! Easy to cook. I recommend running after cold water after done cooking to Al dente, then dunking them in boiled water before making your bowl of noodles.

Great egg flavor, noodles are firm.

One of my favorite noodles. Just added some fish tofu and meat balls, made an easy and quick healthy lunch.

I blanched the noodles for about 3minutes, drained and ran it through cold water. Then I added the noodles to my stir-fry pork and vegetables. The noodles are chewy and have a bite to it, as long as it is not overly cooked. I love these noodles. Sometimes I prefer it as noodle soup, sometimes I prefer it pan fry (dry). Either way, it's delicious!

I like the taste, and it’s very fast to cook.
