White (Baekmyeongnan) Roe is pollack roe fermented with salt without the typical chili pepper powder. Our Baekmyeongnan has lower sodium content, meaning you can try it, guilt-free, in a variety of recipes or by itself. Baekmyeongnan is popular for all ages for its extreme umami (salinity: 4%).

Storage Guidelines

Due to the nature of the pollock roe product, it may thaw upon receipt.

Please place the package in the freezer immediately upon receipt.

Thaw in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before consumption.

Please consume within 7 to 10 days after opening.

Do not refreeze after thawing.
