used this in place for ho fun since I wasn't able to find any. it was good and didn't break up when frying. it also works well in pasta dishes! comes with big separated servings. for 2 people, we made 3 different dinners with it. very good and pleasantly chewy.

Mmmmm, my favorite noodles for hotpot and shabu shabu. Hard to find in many asian specialty stores, so I’m so happy Wee has them. I leave them in the refrigerator and they only need a couple minutes to cook. Ready when translucent
