Lucban longganisa is packed with garlicky, slightly sour flavor and a hint of oregano. It’s dry and savory, not sweet, with a crumbly texture when cooked. Great with vinegar and rice — a flavorful and unique Filipino sausage.

Cooked this Pampanga Lucban Pork Longanisa with some Gold Medal marinated pork liempo. I love the garlicky, sweet and saltiness of the longanisa. I ate it with white rice and spicy vinegar. I will buy this longanisa again.
