The flavor is good - the right balance of sour, salty, and sweet. It has a nice crunch to it. Great as a topping or in a soup!

This is half the portion. Works great for soup with beef and rice noodles.

Made calamari with this sour mustard. This is the best brand of sour mustard.

Always Wash it before cooking

Used only 1/6 from the package and cooked it with fish and chili, came out very good! Will use part of the rest on beef noodles soup later.

It is too salty with no taste of sourness. I will not purchase again.
