Really spicy and great ratio of fish cakes to rice cakes :)

The tteokbboki had good texture and was a good size but after boiling it initially in water, there were a few particulates and the water looked cloudy. So I strained and rinsed a couple of times before cooking in new water. Spiciness of sauce was good but surprisingly sweet. I don’t like sweet things so I couldn’t finish it.

So the package had the ingredients in English, but not the cooking instructions lol I kinda just had to wing it (threw everything in one pan & cooked on high for ~about~ 6 minutes) and it turned out pretty good honestly. I definitely want to get it again, but will probably cook it just a tiny bit longer next time, I think.
