For Traditional Matcha Tea:
Add 1–2 teaspoons (about 1.5 g) of matcha powder to a bowl.
Pour in 2.4 fl oz (70 ml) of hot water (around 70°C / 158°F).
Whisk vigorously with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until smooth and frothy.
For Matcha Latte:
Add 1–2 teaspoons of matcha powder to a cup.
Pour in 2–3 fl oz (60–90 ml) of hot water (70°C / 158°F).
Stir well, then add warm milk (or plant-based milk) and stir to create a creamy matcha latte.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. After opening, reseal the bag tightly and store in the refrigerator to maintain flavor and freshness.
