It’s ok. The fish looks fresh but still tastes a bit fishy. Soak it in sauce enough that kinda covers the fishy taste. Good enough for frozen fish.

Head fish delicious and not too spicy for me, I add some noodles on the bottom taste perfect.

When I opened the package it smelled very fishy but after putting on spicy and seasoning, steam for 10 minutes then pour hot oil with scallion on top. It was perfect. No fishy smell, meat is tender and buttery, not too spicy. Will purchase again.
