For Hot Matcha Latte:
Add 1 teaspoon (about 3 g) of matcha powder to a cup.
Pour in 1.1 fl oz (30 ml) of hot water (around 70°C / 158°F).
Add 7.9 fl oz (200 ml) of warm milk and 0.4 oz (12 g) of sugar. Stir well, and enjoy!
For Iced Matcha Latte:
Add 3 g of matcha powder to a cup with 7 ice cubes.
Pour in 1.0 fl oz (30 ml) of hot water (cool to about 70°C / 158°F).
Add 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) of cold milk and 0.4 oz (12 g) of sugar. Stir until smooth.
For an extra creamy matcha latte, substitute milk with plant-based milk like almond or oat milk. It’s perfect for those who prefer a dairy-free option without sacrificing flavor.
