Description

This product is made using only vegetable ingredients. We want our loved ones to enjoy these noodles.
These are Torishi Shoten's special gentle noodles.
Vegetable: 100%, made with Fukuoka brand wheat "Ra-mugi", Okinawan salt
Noodle flour (wheat (domestic), salt, konnyaku flour 
Attached seasoning ([soy sauce, yeast extract, salt, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, sugar, Chinese cabbage extract, kelp powder, ginger powder]) (contains wheat, soybeans, sesame)

100% vegetable
Brand wheat "Ra-mugi" produced in Fukuoka Prefecture is used.
Okinawa salt is used.

No Kansui used.

Non-fried noodles (aged for about 60 hours)
No chemical seasonings

Commitment to Noodles
The noodles are matured and dried slowly for 3 days (60 hours) by craftsmen who compare the condition of the noodles with the weather conditions and adjust the temperature and humidity to produce noodles with a rich wheat flavor and a smooth texture. The noodles have a smooth texture and are made with domestic konjac flour instead of the traditional calcium baked product. The mellow soy sauce broth is made with a base of honjozo dark soy sauce made from Japanese round soybeans and flavored with Chinese cabbage and kelp, and is accented with 100% hanami sugar (sugar made from 100% domestic sugarcane) and ginger.
