Yum! I steamed this entree in my rice cooker, added more aromatics, bok choy, and boosted the umami with some mild Korean salted black bean paste. Ate with leftover quinoa. Ran out of warm quinoa but still had a good bit of the entree left so I heated it again with more greens and squares of fishcake. So yum and I somehow have quite a bit of food & several one-person meals. The question now is what else I can add to the leftover gravy. Steaming is definitely the way to go.
