Make sure you add the right amount or it will only partially solidify however considering this was the first time I ever used something like this it worked incredibly well.

Great product! Had skimmed waste fat from making gravy out of 2 chickens & tried it. Thought it might not work since it wasn't pure oil, but it helped a lot actually. Added this, covered it up, and waited a couple hours. It didn't solidify the whole mug, but turned the vast majority of the fat into a big puck of granules floating in soup and some oil. It only took like 4 paper towels to soak up all the rest for the trash. Very useful, wish I could buy a bigger supply!

I bought it for the first time and it really solidified the oil. I only use half a pack of oil for a bowl. One in 3 packs.

The first time I bought it, I opened it as far away, 3 small packages. pretty good.
