4パック入ってました。 1パックでミニアサイーボウルを2個つくりました。 アサイー自体は味がないので、ハチミツで甘さを足して、 思ったよりドロっとした感じ。 もう少しシャーベット状で食べたかったです。 ポリフェノールや、食物繊維、鉄分、カルシウムが豊富なので栄養満点です。
