This vegan staple adds texture to any stir fry it's added to. Makes a decent meat replacement. Good price. The taste reminds me of soft celery. Mild flavor.

I was apprehensive about trying these but there was no need to be. Very good! I fried them so they had a crispy texture and ate half the package.
