The fish tofu I've bought many times is delicious and doesn't fall apart even after long cooking.
I used to mostly buy dried tofu skin to make soup with shiitake mushrooms and pork, but recently dried tofu skin spoils easily. I tried using fresh tofu skin, and it's great. It keeps longer in the refrigerator and is more convenient.
The tofu skin and dried tofu are both here; they're delicious just stir-fried.
I've bought these fresh dried bean curd sticks many times! They taste delicious no matter how you cook them.
It was a shame that it all fell apart when I put it in the hot pot.
