※ Cooking precautions
• Be careful as there may be some bones and spines mixed in with the dried pollack.
• Pay attention to safety during cooking.
• If heated directly, there is a risk of the broth evaporating.
• When using a microwave, do not put the bag directly in, as it may burst; instead, transfer it to a microwave-safe container.
• The heated product can be very hot, so be cautious to avoid burns.
• When boiling in water, the bag may burst, so do not cover the pot with a lid.

Cooking method
- When cooking in a pot -
• Open the bag, pour it into a pot, and cook on medium heat 
 for 3-4 minutes.
※ Do not boil for too long, as it may become salty 
  please adhere to the cooking time.
(Add water according to your preference while cooking.)
- When cooking in a microwave -
• Pour into a container, cover with wrap, and cook for 4-5 minutes  (based on 700W).
(Based on 1000W: 4 minutes)
- When cooking in a double boiler -
• Place the bag in boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
※ Be sure to keep the pot lid open while cooking.
(The product may burst.)
