Add 1–2 teaspoons (about 3 g) of matcha powder to a cup.
Pour in 2.4 fl oz (70 ml) of hot water (around 70–80°C / 158–176°F).
Add warm milk or plant-based milk and stir until smooth. Sweeten if desired.
