Joyoung New Multi-functional Automatic Noodle and Pasta Maker JYN-210 1 count

Just received it today and I can’t wait to play around with my new favorite pasta maker. I am still struggling with the instruction manual.

This is my first time to buy Joyoung products. Although the price is on the high side, if you know the trick, it is very cost-effective. When I turned it on for the first time, the noodles could not come out. I checked the outlet and found that the dough was too dry. The underground fan blew the dough and blocked the outlet. Add water to make sure the dough becomes fluffy and it will be fine. Then I read a lot of tutorials on the Internet and found that everyone said to follow Joyoung's noodles-to-water ratio chart, but I did use the automatic noodle function according to the ratio chart but it didn't work. The second time I made it, I used two flat cups. Even though the weight was not 400 grams, I still followed the instructions and it was successful. I needed to add a little water in the middle and then add hand powder depending on the situation, and it was successful. The noodles that come out are uneven at first, but when they are thrown into the machine, they come out beautifully again. I add a little cornstarch to catch the noodles so that they won't stick together or dry out easily. The chewy noodles are really delicious whether they are made for the first time or the second time. Among the all-purpose flour sold in American supermarkets, I use unbleached all purpose flours. I guess egg noodles are more suitable. If it is ordinary all-purpose flour, I guess there is no need to add additional water and flour during the process, and the automatic flour function should be very accurate.

This is my third Joyoung noodle machine. Where there is a home, there is a Joyoung noodle machine! Easy to use, quick to come out, noodle chewy, time-saving and labor-saving, perfect 👍

It seems that I don't need to buy noodles in the future🙂🙂 The only downside is that there is no after-sales warranty...
