I wasn’t sure what to expect from this seasoning but have been curious from the good reviews of others. At first the sauce looks like normal sweet bbq sauce but once baked, it looks different. Tastes different too, it’s a little bit sweet and sour but it was delicious! Super easy to marinade overnight, bake, and broil a little bit for crunch! Yum!

New Orleans style has been trendy, hope this is good.
