Healthier alternative to mantou, very filling

Repurchased and matched very well with braised pork with pickled mustard greens 😋

It’s big and soft, my kids liked it too.

Disappointed. One of the breads broke in transit. They slide around a lot in the package since there are no divisions so maybe that’s why. Once cooked, it doesn’t really have that much flavor (definitely no chestnut).
