Delicious and filling. There is significantly more spinach than mushroom and they are quite delicious. Serving sizes is 3 buns and there are 2 servings in the package which is a great size for lunch, although for a dinner with other items I would likely only have two buns. I steamed these for 8 minutes per the package and these were perfect when finished. I will definitely reorder these often.
