The noodles of traditional Japanese Inaniwa Udon are thinner than those of ordinary Udon and are flat. It also comes with a secret soup base, which is delicious and can be easily enjoyed after cooking for 8 minutes.
Cooking Direction
1. Add 1 bundle of udon noodles into 600ml of boiling water and cook for 8 minutes. Add 1 pack of seasoning sauce into bowl in advance.
2. Remove from heat. Add udon noodles and soup into bowl.
3. Finally, stir well and serve.
