This is just OK. Not to my liking.

My first time purchasing. I was surprised to see that it contained a lot of the chicken gizzard. It smells really good, can’t wait to try it!

It's so easy to eat as a snack with beer alone, so it's great!

The crunchy texture is different from Lu's. It's already seasoned, which is very convenient. I used to fry bitter gourd. Don't refuel. I just ➕ half a cup of water to fry the chicken gizzard first, then add half a cup of water and fry the bitter gourd together. The soup has the taste of bitter gourd chicken soup. It's delicious without any additional seasoning. The chicken gizzard marinade itself is salty. That's right.
