How to cook:

1.In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a rolling boil for each bag of noodles.

2.Once the water is boiling, loosen the noodles and add them to the pot. Bring to a boil again, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 8-10 minutes. (Adjust the cooking time to achieve your desired noodle firmness.)

3.Dilute the attached soup base with about 150ml of hot water. (It is recommended to use boiling water from the pot, as water from a kettle cools easily.)

4.Drain the cooked noodles in a colander and rinse thoroughly under running water. Drain excess water and place the noodles on a separate plate from the soup.

5.Sprinkle the attached fish powder into the prepared soup from step 3. Dip the noodles into the soup and enjoy. (Adding toppings such as chashu, menma, green onions, etc., will enhance the flavor.)

※ How to enjoy hot noodles (if eating warm noodles):
After rinsing the noodles in step 4, reheat them by dipping them in hot water. Drain excess water and serve on a separate plate from the soup. Enjoy!
