Sun noodles did it again! I have eaten and enjoyed lots of ramen around the States and in Japan. Sun noodles Tsukemen has that amazing bouncy chew to their noodles and the broth is rich in flavor. I would suggest lowering the amount of water you add to the concentrated if you like thicker broth.

This time, I bought hand-kneaded thick noodles for the first time. I tried making champon with them. These noodles were a better fit for champon than the medium-thick curly noodles I bought last time. They were chewy and smooth, so I'll definitely buy them again. By the way, I boiled the noodles for 7 minutes, then washed them with water before mixing them with the ingredients.
