King Weakfish is one of my favorites, I love the fact that it is cleaned, gutted and Wild Caught. It arrived pack in ice and still frozen. I’m very happy with this product. After scraping with a knife, making sure all the scales are removed; it was washed in vinegar and salt water, seasoned, and fried… then it was added to my wintermelon stew. The stew was served with red lentils and spinach rice. Supper was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend you try this fish. I, myself has purchased many times. 👍👍👍👍👍😋🤤😋🤤
