Pour in 2 fl oz (60 ml) of hot water (around 70–80°C / 158–176°F).
Whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until smooth and frothy.
For Matcha Latte:
Add 1–2 teaspoons of matcha powder to a cup.
Pour in 2–3 fl oz (60–90 ml) of hot water (70°C / 158°F), then add warm milk (or plant-based milk) and stir until smooth.
