Wanted something healthier and made spring rolls with this sausage. Much better than expected. It has a lot of flavor so doesn’t require different types of meat. Really impressed with this sausage. Nothing like it anywhere else.

Very moist and doesn’t fall apart. It’s not too sweet or overly salty. It def has the true Korean flavors. Pretty pricey for just 4 links though.
