Oh my this is the best Smoked fish ( Tinapa) ! I really miss the fresh real one when i was in the Philippines. I eat it with Calamansi and alamang with grilled eggplant and okra and warm steamed rice for breakfast or dinner even for lunch. This one its ready to eat and no bones . Yum!
