      This fried dough didnt last in my house. It was consumed rather quickly by my 2 boys. I came back on here to order more it was out of stock. We love it.

      This type, in my opinion, is called dry noodles in Saigon. I have been eating it since I was a child, but only now do I know how to blanch it. You just need to pour boiling water into the noodles and mix well, then pour out the water and just pour in the broth to eat, it is very chewy and delicious. Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

      Oh my gosh. The flavor of this is so nice and is definitely worth it’s price. The soup packet brings the ramen all together. If I had the patience, I would put a soft boiled egg on here.
