Fresh, holds it’s shape well and not soft mushy. A lot Of pork eyes so it makes it more crunchy. Not too pink in color which is good because it probably means not a lot of food dye.

It's delicious because it's udon noodles, so it doesn't feel like it's cut thinly. It feels like kalguksu noodles, so you have to boil it a little longer than regular noodles, but it's convenient because it can be stored at room temperature, so I think I'll buy it again next time.

Too big, some look old, if you don't eat them quickly they will go bad

Shanghai thick noodles are delicious, with a good texture, very chewy, and a large portion. I made a large plate of Shanghai fried noodles, which were all gone in a snap. I only remembered to take pictures when I was almost done eating. I plan to continue to buy them.
