The best snail noodle is Li Ziqi's. Compared with other brands, the bean curd skin is not oily and tastes good.

The noodles are chewy with lots of crab fat, not too strong smelling, adding less water will make it more flavorful and delicious.

Tastes slightly like the bag, but still good if you like corn flavored corn like my family.
