First time to order hope its good

This spice guy made it very convenient for a beginner to make pho. I also loved that it came with the mesh spice bag because I was freaking out, thinking I had forgotten it.

The cream was soft and sweet, so I enjoyed it with coffee. Even after storing it in the refrigerator, the slightly frozen taste of the cream was delicious~

This type, in my opinion, is called dry noodles in Saigon. I have been eating it since I was a child, but only now do I know how to blanch it. You just need to pour boiling water into the noodles and mix well, then pour out the water and just pour in the broth to eat, it is very chewy and delicious. Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

Put the cabbage in the pot and stew it. It will be ready in the time it takes for the rice to cook. It is easy and delicious.

I bought it to eat with green onion kimchi.
