I bought it twice before and the quality was very good and fresh. This time it was very big and old, half of it was inedible. The skin was severely damaged and it was not fresh, so I had to peel it all off.

Friendly to dieters. When the weather is hot, boil the noodles in water, remove them from the water and put them in ice water. Add some bean sprouts, cucumber, carrot, apple or pear shreds, some shredded chicken, and your favorite seasonings. Squeeze some lemon... a delicious fat-reducing meal...
