First time buying so had to try.

This spice guy made it very convenient for a beginner to make pho. I also loved that it came with the mesh spice bag because I was freaking out, thinking I had forgotten it.

I have not used this jelly powder yet, I don't know if it's good, I hope it is good.

It's good, not too sour like real Canh chua. You need to adjust the tatste if you want southern canh chua with a hint of sweetness and spicy.

If you soak it in water the day before and then stir-fry it, it will cook quickly and be easy to use.
