The easiest way to make a quick pho soup base!
It really smells like authentic Vietnamese pho. If you want a rich broth, you have to add a bit more, and if you steep the packet, it has a slightly herbal note, making it convenient to eat.
Got the shipment
Pho broth, the kind every American household has at least one of, haha. It's been a long time since I've been to a Vietnamese restaurant.
This is my second purchase; the portion size is just too large.
It's great for making large batches of rice noodles. You don't need to go to a rice noodle restaurant.

Fresh mung bean sprouts! Reliable repurchase
I used it well when making Yukgaejang. It's fresh.
It was fresh and large, so I made a stir-fry and also made spring rolls.
Bean sprouts are an essential filling for spring rolls. I made 23 spring rolls, giving 10 to my daughter, 8 to the elderly couple across the street, and keeping the rest for myself as a thank you for the bean sprouts.
The mung bean sprouts are very fresh. Eating them regularly can help clear away heat and they are a great vegetarian option!
