The milkfish flakes are perfectly marinated, well-seasoned, and full of rich, savory flavor with just the right hint of tanginess and spice. The texture is spot-on!, tender, flaky fish that blends beautifully with the classic sisig taste, but lighter and healthier than the traditional pork version. It’s tastes like that of Mang Inasal’s!

I love this one as it is not garlicky like the regular sweet longganisa. This one doesn't give me a stomach ache because I have garlic sensitivity.

This time I bought a lot of blue crabs, a full plate, but the crab pieces were small, the crab meat was not plump enough, and the crab legs were relatively soft. I fried the crab with green onions and ginger to satisfy my seafood craving. It was good.
