I guess the texture is less tasty than raw. I stir-fried it with pork and it was delicious.
Added the garlic sprouts to Mama Tom Yum ramen, egg, kimchi and bok choy all from Wee. They are like green beans but with a little garlic taste. Great for ramen, soup and stir fry.

The bamboo shoots are fresh but the price/performance ratio is very poor. They are all skins and they only give one and then after cutting, there are only two pieces.
This is the amount for two portions, for making braised bamboo shoots.
This time I repurchased it. It was not fresh. I was supposed to put it for tomorrow, so I had to peel it immediately. The inside was okay, so I peeled a little more. Fortunately, it was obviously overweight, so it was fair.
