It is difficult to find 100% buckwheat noodles on the market. It is a bit expensive, but... I boiled them (for 8 minutes) and added them to the leftover sauce from cold buckwheat konjac noodles, and it was good.
It's delicious, made with 100% buckwheat flour.
Thought it was a bigger package
Hoping it’ll be good
All buckwheat ingredients.
The portion is much smaller than I expected.
