The bananas arrived green which is nice so I could wait till they were halfway ripened. I made grilled Thai bananas from all of them and froze them for my back-up grilled bananas. Just reheat them whenever I want one or two. They were delicious!! You can dip them in a sauce made from 1/2 coconut milk mixed with 1/2 coconut sugar.
